Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Yom Kippur 5787 program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Event Registration & Ticketing

Registration is $260 per person, up to a maximum of 100 tickets per order. Registration includes the full program described on the event page, including tefillot, teachings, the children's program, and the post-fast reception. There is no charge for children under 13; however, a ticket is still required for each child attending.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe in U.S. dollars. The total charge equals the number of adult tickets requested multiplied by $260.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be granted if requested at least one full week in advance of the event. Please contact us at (310) 270 8980.

5. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of any changes.

6. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in keeping with the spirit of the day throughout the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeshuot Yaakov Jerusalem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at this event.

8. Hotel Booking Disclaimer

Hilton Glendale hotel reservations are a separate contract between you and the hotel. Yeshuot Yaakov Jerusalem / Toledano Academy is not a party to your hotel booking and is not responsible for hotel availability, pricing, or service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
