Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Yeshuot Yaakov Jerusalem ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you register for the Yom Kippur 5787 program.

2. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and the number of tickets requested. Payment card details are entered directly into fields hosted by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our own servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe using their embedded card fields (Stripe Elements). Your card number, expiration date, and security code are entered into secure fields hosted directly by Stripe — we do not receive, transmit, or store this information.

5. Data Sharing

We share limited registration information with Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and, only if you choose to book a room, Hilton Glendale. We do not sell your information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Form submission data is stored indefinitely on a secure off-site database, not on the site itself. No credit card information is stored.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below.

8. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Your browser's local storage is used to remember how you arrived at the site (such as referral source or campaign parameters) so we can understand which channels bring registrants. When you make a payment, our payment processor, Stripe, may set its own cookies as part of its fraud-prevention and security systems; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

9. Children's Privacy

Our event includes a supervised children's program. We do not collect personal information directly from minors through this registration form.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our registration process constitutes acceptance of any changes.
